• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information when your order ships.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and order weight.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

• Standard: 3–7 business days

• Expedited: 2–3 business days

International Shipping:

• Standard: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

• Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

You can track your package using the carrier's website or through the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

• Check with neighbors, front desk, or around your property

• Wait 1–2 business days in case of a delay by the carrier

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Chasing God Apparel is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Reshipping fees may apply.

In rare cases, shipments may be delayed due to:

• High order volume

• Carrier service issues

• Incorrect shipping info

If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
