At Chasing God Apparel, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused, unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it

  • Tags must be attached

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked "final sale" or "clearance"

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

  • Customized or personalized items

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for the return

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend:

  • Initiating a return

  • Placing a new order for the desired item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right—either by refund or replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again

  • Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund posts
